1. Call to Order
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the School Board will convene a Business Services meeting on November 23, 2020.  On November 13, 2020, Governor Pritzker issued a Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation for all counties in the State of Illinois (Executive Order 2020-71).
In consideration of this and due to the COVID-19 health pandemic, Board President Nicholas Manheim has determined that a fully accessible in-person meeting on November 23, 2020 is not practical or prudent. As permitted by PublicAct 101-640, this meeting may be held without the physical presence of a quorum at the District Administration Center location.
The Superintendent and/or one or more Board members will be present at the regular meeting location. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic and present limitations on gatherings, it is not feasible to allow members of the public to  attend the meeting in-person. Board members will participate in the meeting via a Zoom link. Citizens and staff may view the meeting via a live stream of the meeting by visiting the link located on the District 303 website. The meeting will include an  opportunity for public comments. Public comments can be submitted by calling  331-228-4945 between 2:00pm-4:00pm on November 23, 2020. Submissions will be announced during the Public Comments section of the meeting.
