11. During the July 8, 2019 board meeting, member of the School Board including Emanuel, Wortman, O'Neill, Welch, Miller-Beach, Mikel, and Ravenhorst, conducted an annual performance review of the Superintendent in the areas of student achievement and effective and efficient operations. It was noted that Mrs. Selfors had attained completion of goals to implement procedures and practices for the effective and efficient management of resources and to develop and implement an action plan for the District to achieve identified goals and objectives. An ongoing long-term goal will continue to be to increase literacy competencies for all students from Pre-K through grade 12.
