9. Move into Closed Session for the purpose of negotiations in accordance with MN Statute 13D.03 and to consider offers for buying property in accordance with MN Statute 13D.05, Subd. (3)(c). The properties being considered are 20-65 acre properties in the High Forest Township including Petersen, Kelly-Dekok, Beach, Miller, Pila properties and property in Racine.
