5.B. Consider/Approve Eldon Anderson's recommendation to offer Tyne Wynn a 4th contract at a  .74 FTE for the 2012-2013 school year giving her continuing contract status.  ATTACHMENT 

5.C. Consider/Approve the Winter Coaches for the 2012-2013 Season.   ATTACHMENT 

5.D. Consider/Approve Andrea Ames' resignation as a Paraprofessional at the Early Childhood Learning Center in order to accept another position at Central Intermediate School effective November 2, 2012.  ATTACHMENT

5.E. Consider/Approve Eldon Anderson's recommendation to hire Andrea Ames as an Assurance of Mastery Paraprofessional at Central Intermediate School effective November 5, 2012.  She will work 4.5 hours/day in AOM and 1.25 hours/day in supervision.  Ms. Ames will be placed on Step 1 of the Support Staff Working agreement at $10.50/hr.   ATTACHMENT

5.F. Consider/Approve Janet Hartman's recommendation to hire Sue Thorpe as a .34 FTE long-term substitute Speech and Language Pathologist beginning January 2, 2013 until the end of the 2012-2013 school year.  Ms. Thorpe will be placed on MA+30, Step 13 of the Master Agreement.  Her salary will be $22,050.  ATTACHMENT

5.G. Consider/Approve Janet Hartman's recommendation to reassign and increase Ronda Lovelace from a Speech and Language Pathologist at the MS/HS to Bonner Elementary starting on January 2, 2013 until the end of the 2012-2013 school year.  This will result in an increase of a .12 FTE, which will be an extra $6,657 for the year.  ATTACHMENT

5.H. Consider/Approve Steven Gibbs' recommendation to have Heidi Howe and Curt Hughes be MS Yearbook Co-Advisors for the 2012-2013 school year.  The salary of $455 would be split between the two of them. 

5.I. Consider/Approve Dr. Thompson's recommendation to hire Monica McGuire and Jim Parry as Co-Wellness Coordinators for the 2012-2013 school year.  They will each get paid $375 for this position.  ATTACHMENT

5.J. Consider/Approve Dr. Thompson's recommendation to increase Sam Giehtbrock to a full-time, 10-month Technology Aide, starting on October 16, 2012.  Mr. Giehtbrock will be placed on the District Staff Working Agreement at $15.36/hr.  ATTACHMENT

5.K. Consider/Approve Bruce Hoff's recommendation to place Sherry Thompson on an overload for the remainder of the 2012-13 school year.  The cost of the overload will be $5,526.  ATTACHMENT 

5.L. Consider/Approve Hailey Johnson's recommendation to hire Amy Mayer as a School Readiness Paraprofessional starting on November 15, 2012.  Ms. Mayer will work 6 hours/week and be placed on Step 1 of the Support Staff Working Agreement at $10.50/hr.  ATTACHMENT
