9.1. "To consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or legal counsel to determine its validity, or student discipline. 5ILCS 120/2(c).  To consider matters related to collective bargaining 5ILCS (120/2,2c2).
10. BUSINESS ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND ACTION: 
10.1. Recommendation to approve the Risk Management Plan as presented. 
10.2. Recommendation to approve Sara Huber to fill the Junior High science vacancy beginning the 2020-21 school year. She will be on Step 4 of the Teacher Salary Schedule.   
10.3. Recommendation to approve Mark Harris to fill the Junior High School math vacancy beginning the 2020-21 school year. He will be on step 1 of the Teacher Salary Schedule with a Masters Degree.
10.4. Recommendation to approve Amy Jameson to fill the secretarial vacancy at Oakwood High School beginning July  7. Ms. Jameson will be on Step 1 of Appendix C as Building Secretary. 
10.5. Recommendation to approve the Tort Transfer Resolution of $200,000 to the Operations and Maintenance Fund as presented in the previous hearing.
10.6. Possible Recommendation to approve a candidate to fill the Grade School Assistant Principal Vacancy beginning August 1, 2020. Discussion.
