G.5. Administrative Assistant Tentative Labor Agreement- Liz Windingstad
Description:
A tentative labor agreement has been reached between the Administrative Assistants Union and the school district for school years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
The elements of this agreement are as follows: various minor date and language changes, clarifying late starts and early outs, adding language for e-Learning days, increasing the health insurance contribution by $800 in 2022-23 and $400 in 2023-24, removing the district contribution for long term disability, and increasing wages by $.80 in 2022-23 and $.85 in 2023-24. The total increase in costs to the district for this agreement is estimated to be 10.46% over the two years. Administrative Recommendation: Board Approval of 2022-2024 Administrative Assistant Labor Agreement as presented. |

A tentative labor agreement has been reached between the Administrators' Association and the school district for school years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. |
G.7. Confidential Group Settlement Adjustment - Liz Windingstad
Description:
The Confidential group of employees is receiving a total two year package increase estimated at 10.44%. The health insurance contribution will be increased by $350 in 2022-23 and $356 in 2023-24. Longevity will be increased by $.15 in 2022-23. The 403b matching contribution will be increased by $75 in 2023-24. Wages will be increased by 5% in 2022-23 and $1.05 in 2023-24.

G.8. Cardinal Place Settlement Adjustment - Liz Windingstad
Description:
The Cardinal Place group of employees is receiving a total two year package increase estimated at 10.4%. Employees hired on or before January 15 of each year will receive the associated increase for each school year.
