6.5. The following donation of items has occurred:
Description:  <> Retired Occupational Therapist, Elizabeth DeWyse, has donated a plethora of therapeutic and educational resources to the Midland Public Schools' Special Services Department. Throughout her career, Ms. DeWyse privately purchased many resources to assist in her occupational therapy work with students. Now that she has retired, Ms. DeWyse is donating them to Midland Public Schools for her former co-workers to utilize as they work with students. Ms. DeWyse has estimated the donated value of the items to be more than $2,300.
7. HUMAN RESOURCES

Description:  <>  Mr. Louis Filcek, who passed away on October 9.  Mr. Filcek was a bus driver in the Transportation Department for 17 years, retiring in 1999.
<>  Mr. Donald Reisig, who passed away on October 11. Mr. Reisig was an electrician and carpenter with the Maintenance Department for 33 years, retiring in 1994.
<> Mr. Deo Freeman who passed away on October 13.  Mr. Freeman did payroll and accounts payable in the Business Office for 33 years, retiring in 1998
