XIV.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of considering the Following Matter per Wisconsin State Statutes Sec. 19.85(1)(c):

XIV.A.1. To Consider and Take Possible Action Regarding Employment, Promotion, compensation or Performance Evaluation Data of Any Public Employee Over Which the Board of Education has Jurisdiction or Exercised Responsibility Which Shall Include Consideration of Administrative Recommendations Regarding the Renewal, or Non-Renewal, of a Teacher Contract Under Section 118.22 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

XIV.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on the Issue Discussed.
