I.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session for the Purpose of Considering the Following Matter:

I.A.1. Consideration of the Employment, Promotion, Compensation, or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee Over Which the Government Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility, i.e. Candidates Who May Be Qualified to Serve as Principals for Wilson Jr. High School, Franklin Elementary School, and Jefferson Elementary School. This Meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

Consideration of the Employment, Promotion, Compensation, or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee Over Which the Government Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility, i.e. Candidates Who May Be Qualified to Serve the Superintendent of Schools for the Manitowoc Public School District. This Meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

I.B. The Board of Education will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on Any of the Issues Discussed.
