Description:
Lindsay Moore, Volunteer Chaplain for Bay Area Hospital , invited the ECSE program (along with many local elementary schools) to join her in honoring the care givers at Bay Area Hospital, our healthcare heroes, during the month of May. The pandemic has taken a toll on our community, and the whole world for a year now. The care team at Bay Area Hospital has worked through this time with beautiful dedication. May 9-15 is National Hospital Week. Our ECSE teachers jumped on the opportunity to have their children create paper hearts ?(our assigned color was purples!) for the rainbow. The hearts will be featured on the windows on the East side of the building at the staff entrance. You can see them from the outside patio without entering the building. We will leave them there for staff to read and enjoy throughout the month of May.
