IX. PUBLIC COMMENT
Description:  Discussion of non-agenda items must be approved by a consensus of the board.  Discussion of specific agenda items may be deferred to the appropriate time the item is before the board as stated on the agenda or at the direction of the Board Chair.   

For virtual meetings - Public Comments may be emailed to the School Board via Patty Roberts, Board Secretary at proberts@ttsd.k12.or.us.  Public comment requests will be accepted until 6:30 PM, the beginning of the Board meeting. The public comments will be read by the Board during the public comments portion of this Board meeting.   Public Comments or statements by members of the public are limited to 3 minutes and should be brief and concise.  Speakers may offer objective criticism of district operations or programs but the Board will not hear complaints concerning specific district personnel.
