Description:  Mr. Dave Youngstrom, Principal, Yeo & Yeo, will present the Midland Public Schools' 2018-19 Audit Report.
3.4. For Action: Confirm approved PO 190650 for $656,780, that included $86,530 for Signage Arches
3.5. For Information: 2019 Distinguished Service Awards (Sharrow)

6.1. In Memoriam (Jaster)
Description:  The Board and Staff extend their deepest sympathy to the families of
<> Ms. Gloria Putnam, who passed away on August 23, 2019. Ms. Putnam was a Paraprofessional at HH Dow High and Eastlawn Elementary Schools for 19 years, retiring in 1997.
<> Mr. Joseph Ramseyer, who passed away on August 21, 2019. Mr. Ramseyer was a Math Teacher and Department Head at Midland High School for 36 years, retiring in 2000. Mr. Ramseyer received the Gerstacker Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1979.

No action is taken during this time. Occasionally closed sessions are scheduled to discuss confidential personnel, negotiations or property matters.
