E.1.a. District Administration recommends approval to award Fresh Produce RFP # 223-01-27 to Greco and Sons. Food Service funds would be utilized for the purchases.

E.2. Recommend Approval to Purchase a Walk-In Freezer from Arizona Restaurant Supply
E.2.a. District Administration recommends approval to purchase and install a walk-in freezer at Flowing Wells Junior High from Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc., utilizing pricing from Mohave contract # 17K-AZRS-0714. The estimated cost of $211,456.46 would be funded using Food Service funds.

E.3. Recommend Approval to Renew Multi-Year RFPs and Bids
E.3.a. District Administration recommends approval to renew contracts for multi-year RFPs and bids listed on the attached memo.

F. New Business
F.1. Recommend Approval of MOU with Palo Verde Behavioral Health regarding Youth Assessment Services
F.1.a. District Administration recommends approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Palo Verde Behavioral Health to provide assessment services for children and youth potentially in crisis. Permission from a parent or guardian would be required. Palo Verde's process would provide an opportunity for expedited assessment services that can be completed remotely, allowing for a faster evaluation of students in crisis and potentially leading to faster provision of care.
G. Executive Session
G.1. In accordance with A.R.S.§38-431.03.A.5, an Executive Session may be called for discussion or consultation with designated representative of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representative regarding negotiations with employee organizations regarding the salaries, salary schedules or compensation paid in the form of fringe benefits of employees of the public body.
