D.1. Recommend Approval of Hourly Rate Name Change from Dibels Testing to Student Testing
D.1.a. The District Administration recommends renaming the Dibels Testing hourly rate on the Co-Curricular Special Activities Schedule (SAC) to Student Testing and retaining the same rate of pay of $20.00/hour.

D.2. Recommend Approval of Scholarship Funds Transferred to Flowing Wells Foundation
D.2.a. The District Administration recommends closing scholarship accounts previously established and transfer the remaining balances to the Flowing Wells Foundation that will administer the scholarships in the intent established.

E.1. Recommend Approval to Delay Starting Community Schools Program Until August 1, 2021
E.1.a. The District Administration recommends the delay of beginning the previously approved Community Schools programming from July 1, 2021, to August 1, 2021, to allow for Department of Economic Security Licensing to transfer from Flowing Wells Extension Programs, Inc., to the Flowing Wells School District.

E.2. Recommend Approval of Optional Face Coverings Effective July 1, 2021
E.2.a. The District Administration recommends the modification of the current COVID-19 Handbook mitigation planning and corresponding regulations to rescind the required use of face coverings. The recommendation includes a notice recommending all unvaccinated individuals to continue to wear face coverings when social distancing cannot be maintained.

E.3.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of a new position, Outreach Coordinator, to support the District efforts to increase parental engagement and student access to college and career opportunities.
