F.1.a. The District Administration recommends the elimination and/or retraction of the $500.00 recruitment stipend for certified/administrator/professional staff and moving the $500.00 into the Base pay beginning with the 2021-2022 employment contract of work agreement.

G.1.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of revisions, additions, and adjustments of the Special Activity Compensation and Contract/Work Agreements for 2021-2022. These recommendations are derived from the yearly review of compensation schedules provided in the form of Special Activity Compensation (SAC), hourly rates for additional work, stipends, and contract/work agreement addendums.

G.5. Recommend Approval of Community Schools Preschool (Early Learning) Program
G.5.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of a Community Schools Preschool (Early Learning) Program to support the recruitment and retention of District employees. The recommendation includes the preschool design, admission process, and fees to begin operation in the 2021-2022 school year.

G.6. Recommend Approval of Community Schools Child Care Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Program
G.6.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of the Community Schools Child Care Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Program. The recommendation includes the registration materials, program design, identified fees for program operations, and a beginning operation date of July 1, 2021.
G.7. Recommend Approval of Community Schools Extended Day Resource Program
G.7.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of a Community Schools Extended Day Resource Program and the identified compensation rates and operational budgets for program operations to begin services on July 1, 2021. Programming will replace Flowing Wells Extension Programs, Inc., administration of 21st Century Grants, and support future extended day resource programs.
