G.3.a. The District Administration recommends the establishment of a Community Schools program for the purpose of academic and skill development for all citizens, furnishes supervised recreational and avocational instruction, supplies remedial and supplemental education, furnishes meeting places for community groups, and provides facilities for the dissemination of a variety of community-related services, including extended day resource programs, preschool, and childcare.

G.4. Recommend Approval of the Job Descriptions for the Community Schools Program
G.4.a. The District Administration recommends the positions and job descriptions for the staffing of the Community Schools Program. Positions and job descriptions include Community School Tuition Instructional Assistant, Community School Early Childhood (preschool) Tuition Based Teacher, Community School Tuition Program Site Supervisor, Community School Instructional Assistant I, Community School Instructional Assistant II, Community Schools Coordinator, Community School Administrator, and Community School Director.
G.5. Recommend Approval of AIA Declaration
G.5.a. The District Administration recommends the approval of the yearly Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) Declaration in order for Flowing Wells High School to compete in AIA athletic programs.

G.7.a. The District Administration recommends approval of revisions to the sixth-grade report card for the 2021-2022 school year. The proposed version more closely aligns with revised state standards and our departmentalized structure in sixth grade.

G.8.a. The District Administration recommends approval for a 2% increase in Base Salary for support staff and the percent is calculated on the employee's Base Salary, which is comprised of the Base + Override and the increase is added to the Base amount.
