E.1. Recommend Award of Bid 21-06-21 Flowing Wells High School Fire Alarm to Fire Security Electronics & Communications, Inc. (FSEC)
E.1.a. The District Administration is recommending award to Fire Security Electronics & Communications, Inc. (FSEC). This project is funded by a Building Renewal Grant from the AZ School Facilities Board (SFB)

E.2. Request Approval to Distribute Proposition 202 Instructional Improvement Funds
E.2.a. The District Administration recommends approval to distribute Proposition 202 Instructional Improvement Funding (Indian Gaming) in the amount of $160.00 to all eligible staff in May 2021.

E.3.a. The District Administration recommends approval of the current Food Service Management Company Contract with Southwest Foodservice Excellence, LLC to be renewed for an additional 12 months.

F.1. Recommend Approval to Adopt Sixth Grade Social Studies Curriculum
F.1.a. The District Administration recommends adopting the Savvas myWorld Interactive: World History curriculum for use in sixth grade.
G. New Business
G.1. Recommend Approval of Accreditation Plan for Flowing Wells High School, Sentinel Peak High School and Flowing Wells Digital Campus
G.1.a. The District Administration recommends approval to transition from system-level accreditation specifically for Flowing Wells High School, Sentinel Peak High School, and Flowing Wells Digital Campus. This plan would maintain the School Improvement Process as the primary structure for analysis, reflection, and goal-setting at each school, with external accreditation in place at the high school level to comply with AIA requirements and university admissions criteria.

G.2. Recommend Approval to Allow Binax Testing for COVID-19
G.2.a. The District Administration recommends approval to allow trained staff to administer a Binax antigen COVID-19 test to symptomatic students when specifically authorized/requested by the parent and/or guardian.

G.3. Overview of Hendricks English Language Learner Program and Robot-Supported Remote Learning
G.3.a. Information is provided regarding a pilot program being launched at Hendricks Elementary School next year in which students who are learning English will use Chromebooks and Kubi Robots to participate in remote learning with students at Centennial Elementary School.
