E.1. Recommend Award of Bid #21-05-21 Flowing Wells High School Welding Shop to Building Excellence
E.1.a. The District issued an Invitation for Bid for the Flowing Wells High School Welding Shop Project, IFB #21-05-21, on February 2, 2021. The District received 12 bids on February 25, 2021. The District is recommending award to Building Excellence. This project is funded by CTED funds and supplemented with District Capital funds, if necessary.

E.2. Recommend Approval for the Position of Extra-Curricular Site Coordinator
E.2.a. The District Administration is recommending the approval of this position and job description to coordinate before and after school and summer programs.
F. New Business
F.1. Recommend Approval of Revisions to Job Description for Assistant/Associate Superintendent for Educational Services
F.1.a. The District Administration recommends approval of revisions to the position of Assistant/Associate Superintendent of Educational Services. The revisions clarify responsibilities and provide the opportunity for flexibility in assignment of essential duties and responsibilities. 
F.2. Recommend Approval of Revisions to the Job Description for Assistant/Associate Superintendent for Human Resources
F.2.a. The District Administration recommends approval of revisions to the position of Assistant/Associate Superintendent for Human Resources. The revisions clarify responsibilities and provide the opportunity for flexibility in assignment of essential duties and responsibilities. 
F.3. Recommend Approval of Revisions to Job Description for Head Nurse Position
F.3.a. The District Administration is seeking Governing Board approval for the revised position of Head Nurse, the title of which has been revised to District Health Coordinator. The District Health Coordinator would coordinate all programs, training, and consultation related to Health Services in the District.
F.4. Discussion of COVID-19 Related Information and Possible Action Regarding In-Person Instruction Models
F.4.a. The District Administration will present information regarding COVID-19 health metrics, Governor Ducey's Executive Order 2021-04 Open for In-Person Learning, review current in-person hybrid, digital (asynchronous), and remote (virtual) learning models, review viral case counts in Flowing Wells and consider possible in-person instructional model design changes.
