1. Call to Order/ Roll Check 
Presenter:  Board Chair Eva Skuratowicz
Description:  Items discussed in the Executive Session will not be viewable by the public. The public session expected to begin at 3:30 pm.
2. The Board will adjourn into Executive Session for two purposes:  (1) per ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions and (2) per ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

3. The Board will emerge from Executive Session back into regular session for the purpose of completing consideration of the New Business items listed below.

4.A. Blended Learning Program     15 Minutes
Presenter:  Director of Student Services Erika Bare
Description:  A preliminary discussion of developing an online school option for the Ashland School District.

4.B. Draft Resolution Regarding the Reopening of Schools    15 Minutes
Presenter:  Director Jim Westrick
Description:  The Board will discuss a draft resolution modeled on the one recently passed by the Medford School District urging Governor Brown to amend State guidance on COVID-19 to reflect a priority to reopen public schools.

5. Announcements and Appointments  
5.A. The Board will not hold a Work Session in December.  Winter Break is December 21, 2020, through January 1, 2021.
5.B. The Board will hold a Regular Session Meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021, via Zoom link.
5.C. The next Special and Work Session will be held Monday, January 25, 2021, via Zoom link.
