1. Call to Order and Roll Check

2. The Board will adjourn into executive session per ORS 192.660(2)(b) to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or agent, unless he or she or the agent requests an open meeting.

3. The Board will then convene into Executive Session per ORS 192.660(2)(i) to review and evaluate the performance of the chief executive officer or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless the person whose performance is being reviewed and evaluated requests an open hearing.

4. The Board will emerge from the Executive Session to consider any other items of interest before adjourning.
