F.1. Recommend Approval of Renewed IGA with Pima County JTED for Fiscal Year 2023
|
F.1.a. District Administration recommends approval to renew the IGA with Pima County JTED for FY2023. This renewal would be for a term of one year. Although there are numerous changes from the FY2022 IGA, the changes have been reviewed extensively by Flowing Wells legal counsel and have been determined to clarify language and communication procedures. Exhibit A provides a projection of expected funding to partner districts, including Flowing Wells, with FY2022 funding held constant for FY2023 given the lack of a final state budget and uncertainty regarding actual enrollment of Flowing Wells students in JTED courses.
