G.1. Recommend Approval of the Updated Flowing Wells COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and Authorization of the Superintendent to Make Ongoing Incremental Changes
G.1.a. District Administration recommends approval to revise the Flowing Wells COVID-19 Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and to authorize the superintendent to make ongoing incremental changes. The only revision is removal of the outdated quarantine guidance in which students or staff living in the same household with someone who is sick also must stay home until the sickness is determined not to be COVID-19.

G.4.a. District Administration recommends approval to use federal funding to purchase 325 Chromebooks and licenses from CDW-G for use by students, with the total cost not to exceed $105,000.

G.5.a. District Administration recommends approval to increase compensation rates for certified substitute positions by $20.00 per day to remain competitive in the regional market for substitute teachers.

G.6. Recommend Approval to Transition Crossing Guard Position to Additional Duty Assignment
G.6.a. District Administration recommends approval to transition the position of Crossing Guard from its current structure as a classified job to an additional duty assignment. This change would be effective for newly assigned crossing guard duties; employees who already serve as crossing guard would maintain their existing employment agreement.
