Subject:	7) 2017 Bonding
Description: Presenter: Eric Rody 2017 Bonding Included in this packet are copies of three different leases that will be used in the near future as we progress through the bonding process doing renovations at the JHS/Tecumseh/Career Academy properties, as well as the Glen Acres site. Included as well are copies of the 2017 bonding timeline and an executive summary of this early action. Here at the early stages of the process, bond counsel has provided copies of the form of the lease agreement. The lease agreement itself will have a formal public hearing taking place on February 13, and advertised accordingly. The board is being asked to act upon the form of the lease(s) which sets up the February 13 hearing at that public meeting. Approval of the forms is recommended and Mr. Laszynski will be working with the building corporation simultaneously to this action.

Description: Presenter: Eric Rody We would like to share with the board some ideas regarding the interior remodeling of the Sunnyside Loeb Auditorium. Items would include new seating, interior painting, handicapped seating, and exterior door change out.

Description: Presenter: Eric Rody We would like to share with the board some ideas regarding the remodeling of the office areas inside the warehouse building, expanding the office areas, but not expanding the warehouse building itself.
