Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District, et al. Case No. 2022-08-34516-CV in the 38th Judicial District of Texas, Uvalde County, Texas, on appeal in the Fourth Court of Appeals in the State of Texas.
5.C. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the District’s attorney concerning legal issues related to pending federal litigation against the District arising from the Robb Elementary tragedy in the Western District of Texas, Del Rio Division.

5.D. Deliberation concerning approval of personnel employments, assignments, suspensions, and terminations
