Approved by Consensus: i. Proposal for substitute compensation (daily rate) increased from $130 to $140 ii. Proposal for Certified Salary Determination Chart (new hires): 1. Increase starting salary to $43,000. 2. $1,000 from M&O, $1000 from CSF 3. Continue amount of CSF December and May payments. iii. Proposal for Classified salary chart (new hires) 1. Across the Board increase of $0.50 2. Possible January 2024 adjustment |
VI. Action Item
Consideration and possible approval of Proposals. NOTE: since the first two items below impact the same pool of available funds, the committee may discuss them simultaneously. 1. Current certified & classified staff salary/hourly rate increases for SY2023-24. a. Option 1- Percentage: 4.5% across the board increase b. Option 2- Percentage & lump: i. Hourly: $0.50 per hour + 2.5% ii. Certified & Counselors: $1,000 to base + 2.5% iii. Salaried: $1,000 + 2.5% 2. Dependent Healthcare Subsidies |
