E.1. To Consider and, if Deemed Advisable, to Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of School Improvement Bonds of the District and Adopting Certain Issuance and Post-Issuance Tax Compliance Procedures.
E.1.a. In 2016, Flowing Wells voters approved the sale of school improvement bonds. The District Administration is recommending selling the remaining bond authorization to fund capital improvements.
E.2. Recommend Approval to Purchase Flowing Wells High School Field Lighting System from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC. 
E.2.a. Approval is recommended to purchase an athletic field lighting system for Flowing Wells High School from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC.

E.6.a. The District Administration recommends the elimination of the current retention stipend of $650.00 for eligible employees and moving the $650.00 into the employee's base salary effective in the 2021-2022 employment contract.

E.7.a. The District Administration recommends reallocating the $720.00 to the eligible employee's base salary because the funding has been removed from the variable nature of Proposition 301 to the Base Support Level for FY2022.

F.1. Discussion of Out of School Programming
F.1.a. Flowing Wells currently contracts with the Flowing Wells Extension Programs, INC. to provide out-of-school programming. A discussion will be held to consider the need for an upcoming Request for Proposal or the creation of a Community Schools Program to provide future out-of-school programming.

F.7. Discussion of COVID-19 Related Information and Possible Action Regarding In-Person Models in Grades 7-12
F.7.a. The District Administration will present information regarding COVID-19 health metrics, Governor Ducey's Executive Order 2021-04 Open for In-Person Learning, review current in-person hybrid, digital (asynchronous), and remote (virtual) learning models, review viral case counts in Flowing Wells and consider possible in-person instructional model design changes in grades 7-12.
