6. Adjournment to a closed or executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 - 551.089 of the Open Meetings Act, for the following purposes:
6.1. Safety Walk and Discussion (Texas Education Code 551.076)
6.2. Receive legal advice and deliberate on real property with regard to the purchase of the real property (surface estate only) identified as A0013 Henry Austin Tract 12A-12B-12C SD TRS 3E-4-5-6 Acres 7, in the City of Danbury, County of Brazoria, commonly known as 5415 1st Street, Danbury, Texas, 77534.  (Texas Government Code §551.071, 551.072 and §551.129).
6.3. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code 551.071, 551.129 consolation with legal counsel regarding voluntary retirement agreement with Superintendent, interim superintendent appointment and contract, and superintendent search process.
7. Reconvene in Open Meeting
8. Consider and possible action on items discussed in executive session (those listed under the executive session of this Notice).
8.1. Discuss and possibly take action to obtain architect for facility construction for safety purposes.
8.2. Consider and possibly take action on plans for exterior window at the High School.
8.3. Consideration and possible action on a Resolution and a Texas Real Estate Commission One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale), with Addendums, for the purchase of the real property (surface estate only) identified as identified as A0013 Henry Austin Tract 12A-12B-12C SD TRS 3E-4-5-6 Acres 7, in the City of Danbury, County of Brazoria, commonly known as 5415 1st Street, Danbury, Texas, 77534, from the Estate of Clara Pearl Bulanek, Judy Kay & Donald J. Bulanek, Jr., Co-Executors, for $600,000.00, plus the costs related to the conveyance, to support the educational mission of the school district.
8.4. Consider/Approve Voluntary Retirement Agreement with Superintendent

8.5. Consider and take possible action to appoint, and enter into agreement with  Interim Superintendent.
8.6. Consider and take possible action to hire and enter into agreement with Superintendent Search Firm.
