Consideration and possible action regarding employment of San Isidro ISD Principal Cynthia Carreon, including but not limited to consideration of approval of potential agreements with the Principal regarding her employment; consideration of providing approval to Superintendent and District's legal counsel to complete any necessary negotiations or documentation of agreements with Principal, consideration of providing approval to Superintendent to execute agreements on behalf of District, and approval of any other action necessary to complete agreements, in the best interest of the District.
