6.C.1. North Valley HS band teacher Maximillian Jones requests approval to travel to Anaheim, California to participate in the Anaheim Heritage Music Festival, April 21-24, 2022.  The group will consist of approximately 28 students and 5 chaperones. The students will fundraise to pay for the trip.

Manzanita Principal Renee Hults is seeking board approval for teachers Rachell Woodall and Heather Wolter to attend an out of state professional development conference "Get Your Teach On."  The conference is January 15-17, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada and the cost will be paid with their Title I professional development funds.
6.C.3. Erica Butler and Crystal Welch request approval to attend the Boomerang Project (Link Crew) conference in Stevenson, Washington January 30-February 3, 2022.  The cost has been paid when they were previously registered, but was canceled due to COVID.

Description:
School Board meetings are meetings of the School Board held in public, not meetings with the public.  As a general rule, the Board will not engage in discussion with the public during this portion of the meeting.  Please rest assured that all comments are carefully considered and will help guide future Board action.  If you wish to speak please complete the yellow 'School Board Comment Card'.  There will be 20 minutes allotted for public input.  When your name is called, come forward to the podium and state your name.  Keep your remarks brief and respect the three-minute time limit.  Complaints about staff members cannot be discussed in open session and must be handled through a complaint procedure.
