St. Martin transportation building is an increase of $6.00. 

This resolution authorizes the Jackson County School District to retain professional services for the issuance of one or more notes.
The resolution also authorizes the Superintendent to execute engagement letters with these parties. Fees for these services are customary and are generally contingent upon the successful closing of the financing. 

This resolution formally declares the Board's necessity and intention to issue debt not to exceed $25 million to fund a district-wide building project. The debt will be repaid using a tax levy not exceeding three mills on the assessed value of taxable property within the District.

This travel will provide our district EL representative with the necessary skills to assist students in becoming English Language proficient.
