Goal/Constraint Progress Measures Board Goal 1 & 2 (40 min)
|
Board Goal 1 - The percentage of students reading on grade level (meets grade level) at the end of 3rd grade will increase from 26% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027 as measured by STAAR.

GPM 1.1 - The percentage of Pre-K students that score at or above in CIRCLE PM Vocabulary will increase from 72% to 78% by May 2026.
|
Board Goal 2 - The percentage of students on grade level (meets grade level) in math at the end of 3rd grade will increase from 11% in June 2022 to 50% by June 2027.

GPM 2.1 - The percentage of PreK students that score at or above grade level in CIRCLE PM overall math will increase from 83% in May 2025 to 89% by May 2026.

GPM 2.2 (LSOA) - By EOY 2026, 80% of Kindergarten students will demonstrate proficiency in number recognition, counting forward and backward, comparing quantities, and composing/decomposing numbers to 10, as measured by mastery of targeted IXL skills aligned to TEKS. Students will show at least 25% increase in IXL averages from BOY 2025 to EOY 2026 across these domains.

GPM 2.3 (LSOA) - By EOY 2026, 80% of 1st grade students will demonstrate growth in place value understanding, addition/subtraction within 20, and understanding of number patterns and relationships, as indicated by a minimum 20% growth average across aligned IXL skills. Progress will reflect increased mastery of foundational numeracy TEKS from BOY 2025 baseline.

GPM 2.4 (LSOA) - By EOY 2026, 70% of 2nd grade students will demonstrate growth in place value to 1,200, fluency with addition and subtraction within 1000, and solving multi-step word problems involving length, time, and money, as measured by targeted growth of at least 20% on IXL skills aligned to TEKS.

Consider action to delegate authority for final approval to Dr. Rose Burks of the Caldwell Country Quote # 00BB for a 2026 Chevrolet 1500 Suburban CC 10906 in the approximate amount of $61,830 dollars (Buy Board #724-23) contingent on a budgetary review
Description:
The recommendation is to purchase the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Caldwell Country. The suburban will take approximately 90 days for delivery. It is also the most inexpensive of the quotes we received. In visiting with Mr. Jimmy Moses, the busy time of year is the spring semester. We anticipate the suburban arriving toward the end of the fall semester.
The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban from Caldwell Country is in stock however it is just a little more expensive than the 2026 model. Mr. Moses shared that any of the suburbans would meet our needs. |
