Market, Waterloo, IL 62298, in the amount of $18,801.45, with alternate recycled bid at $4,479.00 for one time per week, totaling $23,280.45, effective for the 2021-2022 school year.
IV.F. Consideration to approve the 2021-2022 Waterloo CUSD5 Consolidated District Plan submitted to the Illinois State Board of Education.
IV.G. Consideration to employ Pamela Costello as a part-time (3-hour) cafeteria worker, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective August 10, 2021, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
IV.H. Consideration to employ Theresa Thornsberry as a part-time (3-hour) cafeteria worker, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective August 10, 2021, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
