Public Participation:  The Public Participation portion of the Board Meeting will be limited to 30 minutes.  At meetings when multiple people have signed up to address the Board of Education, the Board will shorten the amount of time for each speaker to give more individuals the opportunity to speak.  When multiple people wish to address the Board on the same subject, the group is encouraged to appoint a spokesperson.  In the event that there is not enough time for everyone who wishes to speak, individuals are encouraged to submit their comments to the Board of Education in writing.  All guests in attendance are expected to behave with respect and civility toward all in attendance.

X.A. Consideration to set the 2023-2024 Waterloo High School Graduation date for Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the Waterloo High School Gymnasium.

X.B. Consideration to award the bid, according to the bid specifications and in the best interest of the school district, for the Junior High athletic field improvements.

X.C. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Daikin TMI LLC, in the amount of $49,900.00, for reducing VRV System in construction area and relocation of VRV System Intelligent Touch Controller at W.J. Zahnow Elementary.

X.D. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Quality Testing and Engineering Inc., in the estimated amount of $17,746.82, for material testing and inspection services at W.J. Zahnow Elementary.
