X.A. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Foresight Services Inc., in the amount not to exceed $13,460.00, for window testing, roof inspections, and air barrier testing at W.J. Zahnow Elementary.

X.B. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Harrisonville Telephone Company, in the estimated amount of $19,855.05, for phone system upgrade at W.J. Zahnow Elementary.
