Description:

Recommendation:  It is recommended that the price for student lunch meals for both elementary and secondary schools be increased by ten cents.  This would increase elementary student lunch costs from $2.50 to $2.60 per meal and secondary lunch costs from $2.75 to $2.85 per meal.
