10.B. Out of State Travel Request:
10.B.1. Director Jessica Durrant requests out of state travel for the ELL teacher, Regina Jordan, to attend the Literacy Leadership Summit in Denver, Colorado.  The conference, sponsored by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing, is May 1-3, 2019 and cost for travel, registration, and lodging will be paid for entirely by the textbook company.
10.B.2. Tech Director Rob Saunders requests approval for out of state travel to the Edupoint Users Conference in Anaheim, California November 7-8, 2019.  TRSD plans to send 9-10 users from various departments.  This conference is budgeted for out of the Tech Department and Special Education budgets.
10.B.3. Three Rivers School District was invited to attend the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development in Orlando, Florida, June 25-27, 2019.  This request is to send Directors Stephanie Allen-Hart, Jessica Durrant and Casey Alderson to attend the conference.  Cost for travel, registration and lodging will be paid for entirely from Title money allocated for professional development.
10.B.4. North Valley teacher Ken Klumpp requests permission and supplemental funding of $300 per student (per board policy) to travel out of state to attend the Skills USA National Skills and Leadership Conference in Louisville, Kentucky June 24-28, 2019.  They have seven students eligible to compete at the conference.
10.B.5. North Valley FBLA has three students that took first place at the State Conference and qualified them for Nationals in San Antonio, Texas, June 27-July 3, 2019.  Advisor Amanda Sarver is requesting approval for out of state travel and supplemental funding of $300 per student from the district per board policy.
10.B.6. Ft. Vannoy teacher Jim Kriz requests permission for himself and five student members of the Destination Imagination Team to travel to Kansas City, Missouri to participate in the Destination Imagination Global Finals Competition from May 21-26, 2019.  He also requests district support of $300 per student as per board policy.
10.B.7. North Valley High School teacher Tiffany Maki requests approval to travel out of state to take the senior class (60-100 students) to the Redding Waterslides on Friday, May 24, 2019 for a senior class trip.
10.B.8. North Valley High School teacher Tiffany Maki requests board approval to take 40 leadership students to Disneyland June 24-29, 2019.
