Description:
The Board of School Directors is requested to approve membership in the Lehigh University School Study Council (LUSSC) for the Superintendent's Cabinet for the 2026-2027 school year at a cost of $2,000. The annual membership fee provides five participants access to each of the seven professional learning sessions offered throughout the year.

Description:
Administration seeks approval of the professional services engineering agreement related to design and evaluation of existing HVAC chilled water system operation at CB West in the amount of $2,880.

7.B. Discussion and Selection of Demographic Consultant for Development of a 10-Year Demographic Projection for Central Bucks School District
Description:
Administration is looking to discuss the pros and cons of the two finalist demographic consultant proposals with the board.  We are asking the board to select one firm to pursue a contract with for the demographic services for approval at the September 24 board meeting.   

Proposals were received from Pennsylvania Economy League and Power School.  Administration has summarized the key points in the RFP responses in the attached powerpoint presentation.

9. TRANSPORTATION AND FOOD SERVICE

9.A. Approval of Plumstead Christian School Transportation Agreement
Description:
Administration seeks approval of the agreement with Plumstead Christian School for reimbursement of their services for transportation they provide for students who live within the Central Bucks school district boundary but attend Plumstead Christian School. 

This agreement is structured with the following rates:
  • $11.91/day/student for 26-27 school year
  • $12.39/day/student for 27-28 school year
The agreement automatically extends thereafter at 4% annually.  Either party may cancel with 1 year advanced notice.
