Description:
Attached is the memo recommending payment of the voucher lists for materials, supplies, and services paid since the last BOE meeting. In addition, the District payments for salaries and insurance benefits during the previous month are included for approval. Those documents are all included for your review.

Mrs. McPartlin has prepared the tentative budget and shared it with the Finance Committee. As the non-operational funds are still being finalized, this tentative budget will continue to undergo several adjustments.  The hearing for the final budget will be held in September.

We would like to renew the IGA with the Prospect Heights Park District for the mutual usage of our facilities. Minimal changes have been made to the existing agreement and the preliminary agreement was approved by the PHPD Board this week.

During the 2025-26 school year, the Maharashtra Mandal Chicago (MMC) (Marathi Group) rented classrooms at MacArthur. They have expressed an interest in coming back for the 2026-27 school year, and we are happy to  recommend approval of a one-year contract for their organization.

IX.H. Custodial Services Agreement with ABM - ACTION
Description:

4.4

Engage all partners in developing effective uses for district resources.


Pursuant to 105 ILCS 5/10-22.34c, school districts may enter into contracts for non-instructional services to augment their workforce in "emergency situations" that threaten the safety or health of the school district’s staff or students.  As custodial services are directly related to health and safety, the District is seeking to extend the current contract for custodial services with ABM for another three months, from September 11, 2026 until December 11, 2026.
