1. ADDENDUM

1.A. The Board will consider approving the district improvement plan for the 2021-22 school year.
|
|
1.B. Per CW (Local) the Board will consider approving the name and signage package for the new administration building.
We are continuing to fight supply chain issues with obtaining construction materials for our projects. We have already included monies within the contract for the graphics that are needed for the Admin Building. Because of this being an administrative facility, there is a significant amount of graphics and signage that has to be designed and priced so we can authorize the contractor to proceed with ordering and fabrication. It is imperative that we start this process as soon as possible to avoid delivery issues with the signage and to allow us ample time to have the signage installed before the substantial completion of the project in November 2022. This signage is critical to help us facilitate an efficient move-in process and have the building open to the public. |
