Action Item: Resolve to purchase a parcel of real property containing three lots (or parts of lots) located in Block G, City of Jayton, Kent County, Texas, the address of which is known generally as 771 Jones Street, Jayton, Kent County, Texas, including any and all improvements thereon, and authorizing the Superintendent and/or Board President to execute on behalf of the District the contract to purchase the real property and to execute any and all other documents necessary to consummate the purchase of said real property. |
3.D. Action Item: Resolve to accomplish the following: (1) declares the house structure only (no real property) located at 801 Clairemont Street, Jayton, Texas, to be surplus personal property of the District; (2) authorizes the disposal of the surplus house structure only (no real property); (3) authorizes the Superintendent to take any an all action necessary to advertise the sale of the surplus house structure only (no real property) to the highest responsible bidder who can remove the surplus house structure from the real property upon which it stands without cost to the District by a date certain as determined by the Superintendent; and (4) addresses other actions pertaining to its advertising and sale.

3.E. Action Item: Consider the AIA A133-2019, Exhibit B and AIA A201-2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor, with Pharr & Company, to provide construction manager-at-risk services related to the 2025 Softball/Baseball Complex Project, as presented, and authorize the interim superintendent to execute the Agreement on the District’s behalf.
