10. Seek and recieve legal advice from the District's legal counsel in closed session under Texas Government Code 551.071 regarding pending litigation and/or settlement offer, Long v. Jayton ISD, et al.
Description:
David Backus will give us an update on the case and be able to answer any questions you may have.

11. Consider approving resolution of board to convene the district's School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) to recommend curriculum materials for human sexuality instruction
