Discussion and Possible Action:  Adopt Resolution with a contract to purchase 6 tracts of real property in Kent County commonly known as Steve Wood's property, Jayton, Texas, including any and all improvements thereon, and authorizing the Superintendent to execute on behalf of the District any and all documents necessary to consummate the purchase of said real property.
