-video covered alot already. -Hindman: Jan 3rd-5th to deliver houses -Daycare playground: week of Jan 10th *remove equipment (?) -Tumblers for staff (from board/district) -Construction *Architect/Lee Lewis = Finish and move on *Start of long-term plan -Handicap seating in gym, rail (?) -Amps: Scheduled to be ready when we come back from Christmas break |

6. Student Recognition
Description:
We will recognize our state qualifying cross country runners (both teams).
Jayton was the only team in Region 1 to qualify both boys and girls teams to the state meet. We have certificates for these kids. |

7. Audit Report from Newberry, Leonard, Horton, and Bairrington
Description:
-The auditor will not be here this meeting so we will take no action. We will do this at the January meeting.

8. Presentation of School Board Member Training Hours
Description:
This is a requirement to do annually.

Description:
We will discuss the evaluation form and approve it (if y'all are okay with it).
We can certainly add to it or take away from it. |
