Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution to authorize the purchase an approximately 37.5 acre tract of real property southeast of the District’s campus for future school use, and to authorize the superintendent, in consultation with the Board president, to negotiate the final terms of the sales agreement and to take any and all action necessary to close on the conveyance of the property.
