2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - Per Board Policy BED (LOCAL), public comments for special meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda. Individuals who wish to participate in public comment must sign up at the location noted above between 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. before the Board meeting.
