2. PUBLIC COMMENTS-Per Board Policy BED (LOCAL), public comments for special meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.  Individuals who wish to participate in public comment must sign up between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

3.A. Consultation with Attorney
To consult with its attorney when the Board seeks advice about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer, or when the attorney will have an ethical duty of confidentiality (Texas Government Code 551.071); deliberation to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee (Texas Government Code 551.074);  deliberation regarding a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed (Texas Government Code 551.0821).
