Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees consider and cancel the November 3, 2020 Board election with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
5.B. Consider Special Education Contracted Services for the Agreement Renewal of Goalbook for 2020-2021 
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the attached Special Education contracted services renewal agreement for Goalbook for 2020-2021 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
5.C. Consider Special Education Contracted Services Agreement with Cobb Pediatric for 2020-2021 
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Special Education contracted services agreement with Cobb Pediatric for 2020-2021 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
5.D. Consider Remote Special Education Homebound Student Waiver
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Remote Special Education Homebound Student Waiver as presented with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section: 551.071 Obtain legal advise regarding complaint(s) alleging violation(s) of prevailing wage rate requirements relating to the new Sheldon High School construction project, 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee and 551.076 for considering the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or devices.

8.A. Prevailing Wage Rate Dispute
Description:  Based on the information submitted by the complainants and subcontractor Allenko Finishes, it is recommended that the Sheldon ISD Board of Trustees make an initial determination that good cause does not exist to believe that contractor Durotech or subcontractor Allenko Finishes failed to pay prevailing wages to worker(s) as alleged by attorney David Rosenfeld and International Union of Painters and Allied Trade representative Salvador Herrera, including worker Juan Carlos Valladares, and delegate authority to the Superintendent and/or his designee to provide written notice of this initial determination as required by applicable law.
