Presenter:  Dr. Parks
Description:  Mrs. Johnson has completed an additional year of probation.  Her supervisor is recommending the non-renewal of her work agreement.  We thank her for sharing her time and talents with us for the past two years but do not feel that NPS is a good fit.
9.b. Repeal - School Board Policy 808, Face Mask Requirement
Presenter:  Dr. Parks
Description:  The Minnesota Safe Learning Plan indicates the masking requirement ends at midnight May 27 or following the last student contact day (May 28).  I recommend we repeal SBP 808 at midnight on May 28.  The change will allow graduation to occur under the Universal Guidance for Indoor Venues.  This guidance indicates no masking for vaccinated individuals and spacing non-familial groups more than 6 feet apart.

Students and faculty will still wear masks when not speaking or taking a picture.
