Description:
NPS has a Joint Powers Agreement with four other schools to supply Level 4 SPED programming at the Up North Learning Center (UNLC). Annual rent is $425,000 for all five members or $85,000 per member. Historically, we have had very low usage of the UNLC. However, our annual involvement ensures we have seats available when the need arises.
