5. BOARD OF TRUSTEE BUSINESS
5.A. Consideration and appropriate action on an order authorizing the issuance of “Canutillo Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bonds, Series 2024A”; levying a direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the Bonds; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and District staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the Bonds; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the Bonds.
5.B. Consideration and appropriate action on an order authorizing the issuance of “Canutillo Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2024B”; levying a direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the Bonds; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and District staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the Bonds; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the Bonds.
5.C. Consideration and appropriate action on a resolution establishing the intention of the Canutillo Independent School District to reimburse itself for the prior lawful expenditures of funds relating to acquiring, constructing and equipping various District improvements from the proceeds of one or more series of tax-exempt obligations to be issued by the District for authorized purposes, and authorizing other matters incident and related thereto.
